Cold Foam Chocolate Cold Brew

4 ingredients cold brew with a wonderful chocolate taste. Easy to make, easy to drink way too much of.

  • Cold brew maker or similar
  • Milk foamer or french press


The cold brew coffee

The chocolate cold foam

  • 1 cup Skim milk
  • 1 tbsp Cacao powder (or chocolate syrup)
  • Optional: Chocolate sauce (for topping)


The cold brew coffee

  • Grind the coffee to a course grind size and add it to your cold brew maker. Add water on top and make sure all the coffee gets wet. See full guide here.
  • Let the coffee brew for 12-24hrs (preferably in the fridge). Then, filter out all the ground coffee, and there you go!

The chocolate cold foam

  • Start by foaming the milk. I recommend using skim milk since it makes a better foam. Use a milk foamer/frother for this, or use a french press. Start by foaming the milk and when it is almost done, add the cacao powder (or chocolate syrup)
  • When the foam is done - it is time for serving. Add some ice to each glass and pour over the cold brew. Then, add the chocolate foam on top and top with chocolate sauce. Done!
